Notice
is hereby given that a public hearing before the Board of Trustees of the
Incorporated Village of Stewart Manor, New York is scheduled for Tuesday, January
5, 2021 at 7:00 pm via Zoom video conference as permitted by an extension of NYS
Executive Order No. 202.1. The
Zoom information will be posted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting on the
Village’s website. The purpose of the
hearing is to hear the following Special Permit Application as per Section 200-23.B.(4)
of the Code of the Village of Stewart Manor:
Mr. Shaheer Khan, 1550 Rosalind Avenue, Elmont, NY is seeking to covert
the premises known as 100 Covert Avenue from the previous ice cream shop to a bubble
tea shop. The proposed business is a Special
Use per the Village code, which requires Board of Trustees authorization after
a public hearing.
