Village
Tax bills were mailed yesterday. If your mortgage company pays your taxes
and requested your bill, it was sent to them directly. If you pay your
own taxes, or if we did not receive a request for the bill from a tax service,
the bill is being sent directly to you. Village taxes are due by July
1, 2020 to avoid a penalty.
As
the Village Hall building is still closed to the general public at this time,
we encourage you to mail your tax payment or drop it off in the mail slot in
the front door of Village Hall (in the form of a check made out to the Village
of Stewart Manor, no cash). Arrangements can be made to pay taxes via
credit card, however, there is an additional 2.65% fee imposed by the servicer
(not the Village). If you are interested in paying your tax bill in this
manner, email the Village Hall for information: villagehall@stewartmanor.org.
Tax
payments will be promptly processed and a receipt mailed to you in a timely
manner.

paid off your mortgage and did not notify the Village, or you need any other
