VILLAGE HALL
CLOSED
The Village Hall will be closed on Wednesday, February 12th
for Lincoln’s Birthday. There will be regular sanitation and bulk pickup on
that day.
Village Hall will also be closed on Monday, February 17th
for President’s Day. There will be no sanitation pickup on that day.
BUDGET WORK SESSION
The Board of Trustees will hold a Budget Work Session on Tuesday,
February 18th at 6:30 p.m.
LANDSCAPERS
The time of year is approaching that landscapers are obtaining their
Stewart Manor licenses. All landscapers must be licensed annually by the
Village of Stewart Manor. The license
(in the form of a green sticker) must be adhered to all vehicles. Please check
to be sure that the landscaper you hire obtains their 2020 license. A summons
will be issued to all who do landscaping work without permits.
DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE
Please see the attachment which has information on the Empire Safety
Council Defensive Driving Course to be held at Saint Anne’s Church in Garden
City on Saturday, February 29, 2020.
