PUBLIC HEARING

INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF STEWART MANOR

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Stewart Manor will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 1, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Village Hall, 120 Covert Avenue, Stewart Manor, New York 11530, or at some other location to be hereafter designated by the Board of Trustees, in order to receive public comment upon the following:

Proposed Local Law of the Village of Stewart Manor, amending the Village Code, Chapter 200 entitled Zoning,  § 200-23 entitled “Permitted Uses in the Business District; Restrictions”, Subsection D to include the definitions for “Marijuana Retail Store”, “Medical Marijuana Dispensary”, “Marijuana”, “Marijuana Product”, and “Medical Marijuana” .

            At this scheduled meeting of its Board of Trustees, reserved decisions from previous meetings, if any, may be acted upon by the Board of Trustees.

            At the aforesaid time and place, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
