PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the tax lien for the real property listed below will be assumed by the Village of Stewart Manor on the 15th day of March, 2019.


PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if payment is not made by that date, by the property owner or his agent, the tax lien shall be deemed to have been purchased by the Village of Stewart Manor.  An additional 1% will accrue as of March 1st on all unpaid taxes and will be added to the amount below.
