TO ATTEND BOARD MEETING
Officers from the 3rd Precinct
will attend Monday’s Board Meeting which will begin at 7 p.m. They will address
any concerns from the community regarding the recent thefts from unlocked
vehicles, including the auto theft, in the Village last weekend.
CORRECTION
Contrary to the information in yesterday’s
email, there will be NO sanitation
pickup on Veteran’s Day, Monday, November 12th.
DEFENSIVE
DRIVING COURSE SIGN UP EXTENDED
The deadline has been extended to November
9th to sign up for the Empire Safety Council Defensive Driving
Course to be held at Saint Anne’s Church in Garden City on Saturday, November
10th. Please see the attachment for further details.
The Stewart Manor Volunteer Fire Department is actively
seeking members for Fire / EMS. If interested, come down to the Firehouse
Thursdays at 8:00 PM or Sundays 10:00 AM or call the Firehouse at 516-354-0880.
