PUBLIC MEETINGS / BUDGET PRESENTATIONS FOR THE ELMONT SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Budget for the Elmont School District was
adopted on Tuesday, April 14th.
The Elmont School District will have several
upcoming Budget Presentations. The first will be tonight, Thursday, April 16th
at 7:00 p.m. at the Clara H. Carlson School located at 235 Belmont Boulevard,
Elmont, NY 11003. The second will be on Monday, April 20th at 7:30 p.m. at the
Stewart Manor School located at 38 Stewart Avenue, Stewart Manor, NY 11530. On
Monday, there will also be a presentation at 8:30 p.m. at the Elmont Public
Library located at 700 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY.
In addition, there will be a Budget Hearing in which
the final dollar amount of the Budget will be set (includes a Budget
Presentation to public) on Tuesday, May 12th at the Clara H. Carlson School at
8 p.m.
The Budget vote is on Tuesday, May 19th from 6:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you are not sure where to vote you may call the Elmont
School district at 516-434-2002

As a reminder, you can register to vote any day
until Tuesday, May 12th at the Elmont Road School Administration Office. On the
12th they are holding an evening registration from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
