AIRCRAFT
NOISE MEETING MONDAY NIGHT
There will be a meeting of The Town-Village Aircraft
Safety & Noise Abatement Committee (TVASNAC) on Monday, January 26, 2015, at 7:30 PM at
the Nathan L. Bennett Pavilion, Town Hall, 1 Washington Street, Hempstead, NY. All
are invited to attend.
PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET
Over the years the Village Hall has received many
complaints about people not picking up after their pets. Everyone has a
responsibility to clean up after their dogs and cats for both health and
aesthetic reasons. In addition there is a Village code specifically dealing
with this. Please note that the strip of grass between the sidewalk and the
street is an area where animals are not permitted to urinate or defecate. This
is a quality of life issue and we want to keep our Village the beautiful place
we all know it to be.
