Public Hearing and Board Meeting
The next meeting of the Village Board will be held on Tuesday, February 4th at 8 p.m. The meeting will begin with Public Hearings to consider two locals laws: to override the tax cap and to make a minor change to our storm water law. The Board has no intention of overriding the tax cap, but has proposed the law to protect the Village from any calculation errors. The budget will be presented to the residents at a separate Public Hearing on April 8th. The second law will bring our local law into compliance with the DEC's model law.
