NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE VILLAGE OF STEWART MANOR
Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Stewart Manor on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 8 p.m. at the Village Hall, 120 Covert Avenue, Stewart
Manor, NY to consider the enactment of two Local Laws:
Local Law 1 of 2014: a local law to amend Chapter 158 of the Village Code, Stormwater Management, Erosion and Sediment Control
Local Law 2 of 2014: a local law to override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c.
These local laws, if approved, shall take effect immediately upon their filing with the Secretary of State.
