PLEASE CONSIDER CONTACTING THE GOVERNOR ABOUT AIRCRAFT NOISE BY NOVEMBER 13TH
On May 20, the NYS Senate passed Bill S3841-2013 which requires "the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) to conduct a noise and land compatibility survey as outlined under federal aviation regulations as well as biennial public hearings regarding aircraft noise issues." The same bill, NYS Assembly Bill A7697-2013 was similarly passed by the New York State Assembly. PLEASE URGE THE GOVERNOR TO APPROVE THIS LEGISLATION BY WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13TH:
